Don Fox is a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado with a B.A. in Theatre Administration from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX and an MFA in Theatre Lighting Design from the University of Arizona, Tucson. He is the lighting designer and frequently serves as production manager for the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker tours of North America, is a resident lighting designer for The Rogue Theatre here in Tucson, and is resident scenic, video, and lighting designer for the Post Playhouse. He has served as consultant for Silversea Cruises, designer for the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, designed for The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, and served as lighting and video designer touring P.R. China with Tucson's own Artifact Dance Project. He is a regular designer for and was scheduled to serve as Lighting Director for Music Theatre Wichita in what became the "lost summer of 2020." Fox has taught previously at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he served as production manager, launching their $80mil multi-venue Ent Center for the Arts.
