The TFTV Performance Season serves as the public laboratory and showcase for the School’s professional training programs. The performers are students from the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts, Bachelor of Arts in Live and Screened Performance as well as students in the Musical Theatre Minor and Theatre Arts Minor. Students function as young professionals in a setting where the rules and discipline of the contemporary theatre are observed. The repertoire is selected from a wide variety of genres including classical, contemporary and musical works. Our New Directions Festival gives students the opportunity to experience multiple roles in the production process including writing, dramaturgy, devising, script development, acting and directing. The TFTV Performance Season gives our students the integral extension of the students’ classroom study and studio training.

We are deeply proud of the long history of productions presented by talented students at the School of Theatre, Film & Television, and of the incredible careers of our graduates. We encourage audiences to be part of TFTV’s community and contribute to the development of our young artists by joining us at the Marroney and Tornabene Theatres and watching their work in action.
