Will performances happen in Fall 2020?
We regret to advise that there will be no public performances in the Fall. As the health and safety of our students, faculty, patrons, and community are our primary concerns, it has been determined that we will not be able to gather safely in our theaters this Fall. Therefore, we will not be able to move forward with plans to present The Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Light in the Piazza, or Shakespeare in Love. We are exploring several performance alternatives for the Spring, and our decision will be made based on guidance from the University regarding how we can assemble at that time.
When performances start up again, what measure will you take to protect patrons?
We will strictly adhere to guidelines set at the University, city, county, and federal levels. Decisions will be made in consultation with the university and local health officials.
