TUCSON, AZ – Following recommendations from public health officials regarding slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, in conjunction with University of Arizona’s decision to limit campus operations, and out of abundance of care for the community, The School of Theatre, Film & Television has made the decision to cancel all performances and events through April 2020. This includes the upcoming Arizona Repertory Theatre season presentations of The Two Gentlemen of Verona and The Light in the Piazza.
The School will waive current policy and issue refunds for ticket-holders who request them, and for those concerned about the financial impact on the School’s educational resources, ticket dollars can be converted to a direct, tax-deductible, donation to the School of Theatre, Film & Television. Contributions will be applied directly towards students’ education.
Ticket-holders are encouraged to contact Box Office at boxoffice@cfa.arizona.edu or (520) 621-1162 to make arrangements.
