FTV LA will host alumni talks and film screenings, creating opportunities to connect with fellow alumni, at Film Independent headquarters (5670 Wilshire Blvd, 9th floor).

Matt Martin is a Motion Picture Literary Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Martin began his career at Innovative Artists. He joined CAA in 2010. Martin graduated from The University of Arizona, where he majored in Communications and minored in English. He is the father of three beautiful children.
Lily Karlson is a Class of 2024 graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Film & Television and Journalism with an emphasis in Broadcast. After graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles to begin her entertainment industry career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she started in the mailroom and now serves as an Assistant in the Television Talent Department. In her role, Lily supports agents representing top-tier actors in television, helping to navigate talent strategy, career development, and deal execution.
